Grattan Health Care is certified as a CFSS Agency Model/Personal Home Care Provider by the Minnesota Department of Human Services. Headquartered in Brainerd, Minnesota, we serve nearly every county north of the Twin Cities. We recruit, hire and train individuals as to provide CFSS Agency Model, personal care, homemaker and respite services to clients of all ages.
As a CFSS Agency Model Provider, we support our clients behind the scenes by organizing all aspects of your care, meeting all DHS supervision and paperwork requirements and providing worker training and development, supervision, training and more.
Our mission is simple: to provide personalized home care that treats people like people, not numbers. We take the time to know our clients, families, and staff, and we value each person as an individual. With over 30 years of experience, we’re here to support families, build real relationships, and help clients make their own choices and stay as independent as possible—while receiving care with dignity and respect.
Many of our employees bring clients to us. The client could be a neighbor, a friend or a relative who needs our services. We compensate our Personal Care Attendants and CFSS Support workers with competitive wages, including overtime! We have generous benefit packages including Earned Safe and Sick time, direct depositing of paychecks, 401K, Dental Vision and personalized human resources in the form of in house case managers that know not only the clients but their staff members. Led by Staci Grattan, Owner and President/Administrator, Grattan Health Care Inc. has been providing trusted in-home care since 2001. Our Administrative Team brings over 100 years of combined experience in PCA/CFSS, Homemaker, and Respite services, helping clients and families set up reliable, personalized care systems.
Each client works with a dedicated in-house case manager who provides guidance, support, and a personal touch. We specialize in serving difficult-to-staff or remote-area clients with creative staffing solutions—including employing family members as caregivers—and assisting CFSS clients and families in navigating the system with confidence.

We employ highly trained Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses to care for your child or adult with complex health issues in their own homes. Home Care Nursing can often be a great side by side service with PCA/CFSS for those with highly complex medical needs.
