Grattan Health Care is certified as a CFSS Agency Model/Personal Home Care Provider by the Minnesota Department of Human Services. Headquartered in Brainerd, Minnesota, we serve nearly every county north of the Twin Cities. We recruit, hire and train individuals as to provide CFSS Agency Model, personal care, homemaker and respite services to clients of all ages.
As a CFSS Agency Model Provider, we support our clients behind the scenes by organizing all aspects of your care, meeting all DHS supervision and paperwork requirements and providing worker training and development, supervision, training and more.
Many of our employees bring clients to us. The client could be a neighbor, a friend or a relative who needs our services. We compensate our Personal Care Attendants and CFSS Support workers with competitive wages, including overtime! Grattan HealthCare’s management is led by Staci Grattan, owner and President/Administrator. She started the agency in 2001 after working for over 10 years for a federally licensed Medicare-certified agency. As we enter our 25th year of providing services, the Grattan Health Care Administrative Team has over 100 years of experience in the industry and are experts at assisting county waiver or Medical Assistance PCA/CFSS, Homemaker and Respite clients and their families in setting up reliable in-home care systems. We have designated in house case managers to provide you with a knowledgeable and personal touch. We are an authority in assisting difficult-to-staff or remote-area clients via unique staffing options, including those in which a spouse, parent or family member is paid by Grattan Health Care to be a caregiver. We specialize in supporting CFSS clients and family members in navigating the new CFSS system.
