This July, we’re celebrating two kinds of freedom: our nation’s independence and the opportunities our clients enjoy every day because of the support you provide.
The care provided by our PCAs, CFSS Workers, Respite Workers, Homemakers, and Nurses helps people remain in their homes, stay connected to their communities, and live life on their own terms. This Independence Day, we invite you to help us tell that story through photos.

Put on your red, white, and blue and capture a special moment with your client that reflects the freedom, choice, and quality of life made possible through home care.
We’re looking for authentic moments that showcase the impact of the services you provide.
PHOTOS SHOULD FEATURE YOU AND YOUR CLIENT.
Photo Ideas
- Enjoying a favorite activity
- Spending time in the community
- Sharing a meaningful everyday moment
- Celebrating personal interests, accomplishments, or connections
How to Enter
- Download and complete the Photo Release Form located at the bottom of this page.
- Take a photo with your client that reflects the contest theme.
- Submit your photo and signed Photo Release Form by June 22, 2026.
- Email your entry to Staci at staci@grattanhealthcareadmin.com.
