- Get permission from your client or their responsible party. Winning photos will be posted on our social media accounts.
- Take a well lit, pleasant, professional looking selfie with your client.
- Download and print TWO photo releases from the link below one for you and one for your client.
- OR Contact Lisa at the office 218-820-1326 ext 7 and she can send you a docusign version
- Sign the releases and take a clear well lit photo of each one. (or see above docusign)
- By November 15th email your photo and releases to staci@grattanhealthcare.com
- We will notify the winners the week of Thanksgiving and your photos will be published on our social media accounts.
