- Grattan HealthCare is a Minnesota State licensed provider with dual P.C.A. Choice and Personal Care provider licenses. Grattan HealthCare offers the following services:
- Personal Care Attendant/P.C.A. Services - Personal care and assistance with activities of daily living such as light cleaning, laundry, bathing, grooming and dressing.
- Homemaker Services - Assistance with light housekeeping as authorized by the client's county of residence.
- Chore Services - Similar to Homemaker services, but with heavier housekeeping or other misc. duties.
- Respite - Services to provide a break for the primary caregiver.
- Companion Services - Regular visits to people in need of a sense of belonging and companionship.
- Extended Personal Care Services - Long-term personal care services.
- R.N. Supervision - Professional supervision of Personal Care Attendants by a Registered Nurse.
- *Grattan HealthCare specializes in obtaining permission from the State of Minnesota for Relative Hardship Waivers, which allow family members to be paid for caring for a loved one.
- *Grattan HealthCare can provide services throughout the State of Minnesota. We currently serve clients in the following counties: Wadena, Todd, Crow Wing, Morrison, Cass, Aitkin, Renville, Beltrami, Clay, Hubbard, Carlton, and Mille Lacs.
